An accurate diagnosis necessary to plan and institute effective endodontic therapy for teeth with this condition. aim report was present three cases management permanent first molars using contemporary technical resources. For diagnosis, periapical radiographs indicated possibility morphological alterations, which were confirmed two cone beam computed tomography (CBCT). Ultrasonic tips magnification operative microscopy auxiliary resources used locating canals, prepared NiTi rotary instrument systems filled gutta-percha lateral condensation technique AH Plus sealer. Resources such as radiography, CBCT, microscopy, ultrasonic devices instruments can be extremely valuable use clinical approach treatment entomolaris.
